The Business to Business (B2B) Warehouse Coordinator serves as the vital link between our B2B Project Team and Warehouse Operation Teams. You will work directly with the B2B Warehouse team to manage the day-to-day operations of multiple complex projects, acting as a critical backup to ensure the department remains agile and responsive to client needs. Collaborate with leadership to align on and oversee the workflow of multiple active projects, maintaining strict attention to detail and accuracy.
Maintain the flexibility to shift gears at a moment's notice to accommodate rush orders, project changes, or unexpected volume.
Step in as the department's primary point of contact when the Lead is unavailable, ensuring no loss of operational momentum.
Oversee and participate in the daily picking, packing, and staging of time-sensitive B2B orders using Gmail, spreadsheets, and data sheets.
Lead the training for new associates and temporary staff, ensuring they understand B2B-specific processes and standards.
Guide the team through fast-paced shifts, ensuring accuracy remains high even during high-pressure pivots.
Monitor stock levels and assist with regular inventory counts.
Use the WMS (Warehouse Management System) to resolve discrepancies and ensure project inventory is accounted for.
Prepare shipping/receiving paperwork and maintain detailed logs.
Assist with special projects and administrative tasks required to keep the B2B pipeline moving efficiently.
Coordinate email, chat, and verbal communication between Corporate project teams and warehouse staff.
What you’ll bring to the table…
Clear, concise communication skills, verbal and in writing, to bridge the gap between Corporate project teams and floor staff.
Ability to quickly pivot priorities and adapt to rapid changes in a fast-growing environment.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experience with WMS platforms.
Ability to contribute to multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, packing, staging) alongside administrative duties.
Intermediate English Language proficiency.
