The Marketing Coordinator role supports the Lifecycle Marketing team in driving company sales growth and profitability through strong execution and coordination across key marketing initiatives. This role will support multiple workstreams and priorities, helping to organize timelines, coordinate deliverables, and ensure work moves forward accurately and on schedule. The coordinator will work closely with the lifecycle marketing team, creative, cross-functional partners, and external partners to support day-to-day execution, communication, and planning. The role also includes contributing to reporting, process improvements, campaign execution, and evolving team priorities.
This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Chicago, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
A day in the life as a Marketing Coordinator...
Manage schedules, timelines, and deliverable trackers across multiple marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to help ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
Support the setup and execution of Lifecycle Marketing campaigns and initiatives across owned channels.
Support the development of creative briefs, campaign documentation, and materials needed to move work forward.
Route creative and campaign materials through approvals and coordinate feedback and revisions.
Review campaign materials and proofs for content, design, and overall accuracy, and support the QA process.
Track open items, key milestones, and next steps, proactively following up with partners as needed.
Support weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting, recaps, and presentations.
Assist with team planning, meetings, documentation, and follow-up across key initiatives.
Help identify opportunities to improve workflows, organization, and overall team efficiency.

We’d love to hear from you if you have…
A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or a related field
Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns or cross-functional initiatives
Experience using marketing or workflow tools is a plus, but not required
Experience using ESP tools, such as ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Silverpop or CheetahMail (not required, but a plus).
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
