We are seeking an experienced UI Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in modern frontend technologies with proven leadership skills to drive engineering excellence, mentor teams, and collaborate effectively across functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of front-end engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Define and drive front-end architecture strategies for scalable, maintainable, and high-traffic applications.
Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of modern wceb applications using React and related technologies.
Establish and enforce frontend development standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and Backend Engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance.
Participate in technical planning, architectural reviews, and technology evaluations.
Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across all front-end platforms.
Manage release planning, deployment processes, and production support activities.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and career development initiatives.

Proven experience leading frontend engineering teams and managing project delivery.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to effectively partner with: QA Engineers , Backend Engineers , Product Managers, UX/UI Designers and, Engineering Leadership
Experience driving technical roadmaps, sprint planning, and engineering process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
10+ years of frontend development experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
Demonstrated experience building and scaling enterprise-grade web applications serving large user bases.
A hands-on UI Engineering Manager who can balance people leadership with technical depth, drive modern frontend architecture initiatives, and deliver exceptional user experiences at scale.
