Responsibilities:
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain code.
Hands‑on experience working with modern development platforms and tools.
Strong capability to interpret complex codebases, understand functional context, and align technical work with business objectives.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a structured approach to troubleshooting and debugging.
Deep expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Vlocity and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Competency in cloud‑native architectures, including public cloud PaaS/IaaS environments, microservices, and API‑driven integrations.
A growth mindset with a strong willingness to continuously learn new tools, technologies, and frameworks.
Excellent analytical, technical, and problem solving skills, with high-levels of creativity
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with both technical and business audiences
Excellent relationship building, teamwork, and collaboration skills that enables the provision of effective support and guidance across multiple teams
Understanding of both the current Telecommunications and digital services market and emerging business and technology trends
Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies, solutions and processes, with natural intellectual curiosity and integrity
Strong time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple balls
Deep knowledge of BSS processes: Customer Order Management, Sales, Order to Provisioning
Experience supporting Salesforce software packages
Experience in trouble shooting and fixing issues.
Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles and practices
