Universal Ads is building a new way for businesses to access premium video and CTV inventory at scale. As we expand, we are looking for a senior seller to help grow our efforts across Search & Services, which includes search & SMB performance agencies, home and professional services, multi-location service brands, and lead generation agencies.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of how SMBs, multi-location service brands and lead generation businesses evaluate media performance across their customer lifecycle and how TV can unlock new demand
Partner closely with leadership to grow the Search & Services segment, identifying the highest-potential accounts and building a clear go-to-market strategy across all three buyer types above.
Activate priority client targets, develop a qualified pipeline, and turn early market momentum into durable revenue growth.
Help evolve how Universal Ads should sell into each of the three segments, including positioning, pitch narrative, measurement approach, industry presence, and account prioritization.
Translate CTV's downstream effects into a credible performance narrative for advertisers historically anchored in search, social, and other lower-funnel channels.
Work closely with CSM, product, measurement, partnerships, marketing, and leadership to ensure our roadmap supports the needs of performance-minded marketers.
Speak credibly with sophisticated performance marketers and quickly identify what Universal Ads needs to prove in order to earn budget.
Educate customers on how CTV and premium video complement existing performance channels, including paid social, search, affiliate, programmatic, and other customer acquisition channels.
Represent Universal Ads with customers and at industry events with credibility, confidence, and a strong understanding of the SMB and performance advertising ecosystem.

Preferred Experience
6+ years of direct sales experience in SMB performance / growth marketing, search, or related advertising sales. TV/CTV + performance marketing sales experience strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of measurement frameworks, including pixel-based attribution, platform reporting, incrementality testing, geo tests, conversion lift studies, and measurement triangulation.
Ability to translate premium video and CTV into a credible performance narrative for advertisers that have historically been anchored in search, social, affiliate, and lower-funnel channels.
Strong understanding of performance media buying behavior, attribution challenges, creative testing, optimization, and how businesses and agencies allocate and scale budget.
Experience working in a high-growth, early-stage, or build-oriented environment preferred.
Ability to develop engaging narratives and storytelling in an industry rooted in numbers, measurement, and performance outcomes.

Primary Location Pay Range: $195,336.24 - $293,004.36This job can be performed in Illinois with a Pay Range of $162,780.20 - $305,212.88. This job can be performed in California with a good faith estimated pay range upon hire of $146,502.18 USD - $271,300.33.Targeted Commission: $140,000.00Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within the posted range for this role at the time of posting dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
