Job Description Summary:
Coca‑Cola is transforming how its North America Supply Chain operates, using digital products to enable a supply chain that moves at the speed of the market. Our work connects planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and fulfillment into a responsive, reliable, and continuously improving network—one that can adapt quickly to change while operating at global scale.
Our product organization is built on small, empowered teams that move with clarity and purpose, making digital a true source of competitive advantage. We are seeking a Senior Director, Product Management, Order Fulfillment to lead the product domains responsible for how orders are managed, enabled, serviced, and fulfilled across Coca-Cola’s supply chain ecosystem. This role will shape the digital product strategy for Order Fulfillment, with focus across order management, business partner enablement, customer enablement through customer service capabilities, and transportation carrier experience.
About the Role
The Senior Director, Product Management, Order Fulfillment owns a portfolio of product domains aligned to clear business, customer, partner, and operational outcomes. You are accountable for setting product direction, sequencing, and investment alignment across Order Fulfillment domains, balancing long-term strategy with near-term execution that improves service, reliability, transparency, and operational effectiveness.
This role defines how digital products and platforms improve the end-to-end fulfillment experience, from order intake and order management through customer service enablement, business partner workflows, and transportation carrier interactions. Success requires strong judgment, the ability to operate across functional boundaries, and a practical understanding of how complex supply chain and customer-facing workflows function in real-world environments.
You will partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Finance, and Business teams to align roadmaps, priorities, and delivery expectations. You will also build and develop senior product leaders within our Product Operating Model—reinforcing strong product craft, disciplined prioritization, and clear accountability—while contributing to organizational design and capability development as the product organization scales.
This is a senior leadership role for a product executive who thrives in complex environments, is comfortable defining emerging product domains, validating problem spaces through close partnership with the business, and building high‑performing teams as product maturity evolves.
