Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Manager, IMCR (Incident Management and Crisis Resolution) to support our North America Operating Unit (NAOU).
The Senior Manager, IMCR plays a critical role in ensuring effective management and resolution of incidents and crises across the North America Operating Unit (NAOU). This role will ensure incident resolution through clear communication, efficient coordination, and collaboration with stakeholders, while maintaining urgency, compliance with the company’s IMCR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Incidents and crises may span diverse areas including product integrity, safety of people and infrastructure, environmental sustainability, regulatory compliance, brand reputation, and supply chain continuity. This role requires sound decision-making abilities under pressure, strong leadership, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to take a proactive and principled approach to risk management—prioritizing what is right over what is easy.
Additional responsibilities include IMCR data management including data analysis and reporting and supporting IMCR program and process improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successfully lead IMCR activities for the Operating Unit (OU) including on major events, ensuring preparedness and rapid resolution of incidents and crises in collaboration with cross-functional partners at the TCCC (The Coca-Cola Company), bottler system partners, and system stakeholders.
Convene and oversee IMT meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on decisions and resolutions.
Utilize IMCR platforms, tools, and processes for managing incident notifications, updates, and detailed record-keeping, including meeting logs and minutes that include summary of IMCR activities, identified risks, and next steps.
Support the development, implementation, and validation of training programs and simulations for internal teams and bottler system partners to enhance response preparedness.
Compile and analyze data and create presentations to report on incident trends and risks, lessons learned and the COQ (Cost of Quality).
Continuous improvement leader ensuring ongoing improvement initiatives to the IMCR Process including enhancing processes, dashboard reporting tools and training programming.
Main point of contact to triage and deploy any crisis management scenarios outside of business hours.
REQUIRMENTS:
6+ Years experience in product quality and food safety, occupational safety standards, and supply chain processes required.
Availability to be on-call and respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours required
Data analysis and visualization skills required.
Project management experience preferred
Experience in risk assessment and root cause analysis desired
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for varied audiences.
Ability to stay focused and make sound decisions under pressure, often with limited time and information.
