Job Description Summary:

Our North America Operating Unit (NAOU) is the largest operating unit for the company. Within NAOU, our Strategic Growth team is responsible for defining the mid/long-term strategy for the enterprise, developing competitive insights, and leading high-priority cross-functional strategic projects to drive growth for the organization.
As the Senior Director, Strategic Growth, you will support both near-term performance and long-term strategy for the organization – helping lead and align critical work across various senior-level stakeholders. While this is an individual contributor role, it will leverage resources across both the Strategic Growth and other cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward. This role requires a true General Manager mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively interact with and influence stakeholders across all levels within NAOU. The ideal candidate excels at synthesizing complex inputs into clear strategic implications and communicating decisive, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
What You’ll Do for Us
Join a team that functions as part internal consulting group, part think tank for NAOU
Mid/Long-term strategy development, alignment, and performance management: across a variety of dimensions (e.g., brand, portfolio, channel, customer, competitor), align key stakeholders on strategy and monitor performance to drive accountability and pivots when needed
Problem framing and solving: structuring and leading complex / ambiguous cross-functional analyses, initiatives, or efforts
Synthesis and storytelling: communicate to and influence stakeholders through a structured, fact-based, and action-oriented storytelling approach
Project management: lead / support execution of key initiatives and deliverables, including management of internal and external (i.e., consulting) resources
Industry and competitive assessments: develop insights to drive business and execution strategy
Discussion / debate facilitation: effectively structure and lead conversations to generate actionable outcomes and progress
Strategic consulting support: serve as internal advisor to leadership / other cross-functional teams and promote agile ways of working
Influence and engage senior management and business peers: develop and communicate POV on strategic direction and actions to be taken using the power of data, insights, and the integration of holistic analysis
Stakeholder management: identify, influence, align, and engage key stakeholders
Talent development: leverage your experience to coach, develop, and upskill other team members across Strategic Growth and NAOU
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or Marketing (or related field); Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
8+ years related work experience (e.g., growth strategy, corporate strategy, portfolio strategy, marketing/brand strategy, strategy consulting, etc.) either in beverage industry or CPG broadly
Experience within and knowledge of The Coca Cola Company across functions (especially finance) strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead and deliver actionable results – both in “What” you’ve done and “How” you’ve done it (IQ + EQ)
Deep understanding of end-to-end strategy development with limited direction
Exceptional ability to frame complex problems, develop hypotheses, synthesize data, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
Demonstrated expertise in driving analytical approaches and insights while navigating multiple data and insight sources
Ability to build partnerships and establish trust and credibility across all levels, and collaborate with / provoke / influence others to gain consensus and alignment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
High digital literacy, including comfort with data tools, visualization platforms, and AI supported ways of working strongly preferred
Curious/continuous learner with an external orientation to emerging trends, methodologies, and best practices
Thrives in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities; solution-oriented with a default for action

Pay Range:
United States: 195,500 - 226,800 USD
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
