Job Description Summary:
Role Purpose
The Senior Manager, Creative (Brand & Multi-Market), IBERIA, partners with the Creative Director to drive integrated, high-impact creative work across Coca-Cola’s brand portfolio. This role places strong emphasis on operationalizing creative strategy, leading the adaptation and localization of creative platforms for both the Spanish and adjacent European markets, and fostering cross-market creative innovation. The Senior Manager ensures the seamless translation of big creative ideas into effective, on-brand executions across all channels and touchpoints. The role also requires a strong understanding of the broader Integrated Marketing ecosystem, ensuring creative work is developed with a clear connection to media, commerce, retail media, shopper marketing and performance-oriented disciplines to maximize business impact.
