Minimum Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field, with at least five years of professional experience in sales or business development within the MSP or MSSP sector.
• Sales Performance: A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas, supported by demonstrated success in partner development and go-to-market strategies.
• Strategic Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the regional MSP/MSSP landscape—including recurring-revenue, consumption-based, and partner-led business models—with the ability to translate regional strategies into executable sales plans.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong expertise in managing complex commercial processes, including pricing, contracting, and negotiation discussions.
• Operational & Soft Skills: Advanced proficiency in CRM software, pipeline management, and forecasting, combined with the ability to effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders—such as technical, executive, and global teams—without direct ownership.
• Language Requirement: Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strategic Market Expertise: Knowledge of security, observability, infrastructure monitoring, cloud, or digital-resilience markets is highly desirable.
• Executive Influence: Proven track record of successfully engaging, presenting to, and influencing C-suite stakeholders and senior leadership to drive organizational alignment.
• Advanced Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to distil complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse cross-functional audiences.
• Global Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working within distributed, international teams, supported by professional fluency in English
• Analytical Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions that enhance team performance and project outcomes.
