We operate as the technical heartbeat of our sales organization, working closely with Engineering, CX, and Marketing to ensure our clients receive world-class, integrated solutions. Your Impact:

As a Solutions Engineer Leader, you will drive the technical sales strategy to align Cisco’s architectures with the evolving needs of our customers. You will lead, coach, and inspire a team of Solutions Engineers to achieve operational excellence and consistent quota attainment.

• Strategic Leadership: Translate high-level corporate goals into actionable, locally relevant sales initiatives that drive market expansion and revenue growth.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with CXOs, Directors, and key IT stakeholders to understand business goals and identify cross-architecture opportunities, dedicating up to 25% of your time to strategic customer and partner interactions.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee technical sales management for the region, ensuring seamless collaboration across business units to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Team Development: Provide regular coaching and foster an environment of innovation, ensuring your team is equipped to handle complex sales cycles and high-value competitive deals.
• Market Intelligence: Leverage installed base insights and market trends to identify new opportunities and refine account planning, ensuring Cisco remains at the forefront of the industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related experience
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of managing technical sales initiatives within a regional or country-level scope.
• Experience engaging with high-level stakeholders (CXOs, Directors) and managing complex, long-term sales cycles.
• Turkish speaker is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of Cisco’s architecture portfolio and the competitive landscape in the Turkey market.
• Expertise in driving cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, CX, and Partner organizations.
• Strong analytical skills to translate market intelligence into actionable account strategies.
• Experience in implementing new tools and processes to enhance customer engagement and team productivity.
