The Component Operations Supply Chain IT team is at the forefront of transforming our supply chain through technology. We specialize in implementing and optimizing our Supply Chain ERP solution, a critical backbone for managing everything from procurement to delivery. Our expertise ensures seamless integration of processes, providing real-time visibility and control over our entire supply chain operations. We empower data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational agility. 

What You’ll Do:

• Lead implementation and enhancement initiatives across Oracle Fusion SCM applications, including Order Management and Shipping, Procurement and Receiving, Inventory Management, Global Trade Management, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Translate business requirements into system design specifications, configurations, and integration needs.
• Guide module configurations, customizations, and extensions.
• Collaborate with development teams on integrations, extensions, reports, and overall technical solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor and resolve production issues to ensure system stability, data integrity, and timely support
• Assess quarterly Oracle releases, enable relevant new features, and coordinate regression testing activities.

Minimum Qualifications.

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience of end-to-end Oracle supply chain processes
• 5+ years hands on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM cloud modulesProven experience in large-scale global Oracle SCM projects.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering and executive levels
• Proficient with AI-supported coding tools and adopting an AI-first approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in designing and developing AI enabled enterprise applications.
• Oracle Cloud certifications in SCM or Architecture.
