Your Impact

As a Field Marketing Manager, SMB at Cisco, you will serve as a strategic partner to the regional business, translating global initiatives into high-impact local marketing strategies. You will be responsible for designing and executing integrated programs targeting our Small and Mid-sized customers that drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and elevate our brand presence. This role sits at the critical intersection of strategy and execution, empowering you to directly influence customer outcomes and contribute to Cisco’s sustained growth in the AI era.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven field marketing plans that align with regional sales priorities and global marketing objectives, with a core focus on the SMB and mid-market segments
• Demand Generation: Design, manage, and optimize end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns—including digital programs and webinars—to generate high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Campaign Ownership: Lead the creation and delivery of Cisco-owned (non-co-branded) campaigns tailored to target industries.
• Agency Management: Maintain full ownership of agency relationships, ensuring high-quality campaign execution, budget adherence, and strict alignment with Cisco brand standards.
• Sales Alignment: Serve as a trusted advisor to regional sales leadership, identifying market-specific growth opportunities and ensuring marketing activities directly support and enhance sales performance.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, utilizing performance data to optimize future activities and demonstrate clear ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with global marketing and product marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, brand integrity, and seamless program delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or a comparable B2B marketing role.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and delivering measurable business results.
• Comprehensive understanding of the technology industry and complex B2B sales cycles.
• Superior communication, project management, and agency management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to form well-reasoned opinions and drive actionable outcomes.
