What You’ll Be Doing
The US Capital Markets Human Resources team is seeking an enthusiastic professional who is looking to start or continue their career in Talent Acquisition. The US Capital Markets Human Resources group delivers integrated human resources solutions in recruitment, talent management, training and development, performance management and measurement, organizational design, employee relations, as well as policy and operations.
The Coordinator will be trained and involved in the administrative components of the Talent Acquisition cycle, providing support from coordination and sourcing-related activities through to onboarding and the new hire experience.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 for the New York, NY market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
