What you’ll be doing
As a seasoned leader in Procurement, third-party management, and enterprise transformation, you will support the modernization of third-party technology, processes, and operating practices to support CIBC’s business goals. As the Director, Procurement Strategy and Transformation, you will provide leadership across SaaS platform enablement for future state, process transformation, business consulting, information architecture, and project delivery. Your mandate includes strengthening how third-party processes are enabled through technology, improving user experience, driving adoption, and ensuring scalable, controlled, and efficient ways of working across the enterprise. You will develop and sustain relationships across CIBC, influence stakeholders, and provide sophisticated analysis and recommendations to executives and business leaders. Team building and enablement are key responsibilities, as your team is expected to grow over the next few years.
You will be central to transforming third-party management through technology, data, workflow automation, and process discipline. This includes scaling advanced SaaS capabilities, integrating platforms with enterprise systems, improving intake and orchestration processes, and ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and risk management. If you are passionate about enabling better third-party outcomes through modern technology and streamlined processes, this role is built for you.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
