While we support flexible, remote-friendly ways of working, for this role we're focusing on Ho Chi Minh City so we can best support our teams and keep collaboration flowing.

This role is a 12-month engagement, working full-time hours.

Job Description

What you'd be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. At the moment, this role is focused on:

• Planning and running events across Vietnam — from small meetups to large-scale workshops — end to end
• Managing day-to-day operations for Canva Creators, Canva Academy for SMEs, and Canva Education
• Growing each community by recruiting new members, onboarding them well, and keeping them engaged
• Building relationships with creators, educators, business owners, and partners across the country
• Tracking community health — engagement, event attendance, member growth, and feedback

You're probably a match if

• You're a real Canva enthusiast who believes in the product and can talk about it with real passion
• You love events — planning them, running them, and getting every detail right
• You're comfortable travelling across Vietnam regularly, since this is a nationwide role
• You can take a plan from idea to execution without needing anyone to hold your hand
• You communicate clearly in both Vietnamese and English

You'll be joining the SEA Expansion team — the group driving Canva's growth across one of our fastest-growing regions. Vietnam is a key market in that expansion, and this role sits right at the heart of it, building the on-the-ground communities that turn Canva's mission into something real for creators, educators, and business owners across the country.
