Qualifications- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Architecture, Science, Construction or related degree and 10 years of relevant experience required.
- Or profound technical expertise in the design, construction, and manufacturing processes of core type distribution and power transformers.
- Hands-on experience witnessing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for high-voltage transformers, performing factory audits, and developing robust technical specifications.
- An established reputation as a go-to technical expert within your discipline, recognized both internally and by the external market.
- A strong network of colleagues, clients, and vendors, with a proven ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Deep expertise with state-of-the-art industry technologies and software relevant to your discipline.
- Exceptional ability to influence and clearly communicate complex technical concepts to all audiences, from project teams to executive leadership.
- A strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve challenging problems independently.
- Valued Additional Assets: Familiarity with other critical substation assets—such as high-voltage circuit breakers, GIS, or instrument transformers—including experience developing equipment specifications, conducting design reviews, or witnessing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- The ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% to serve our clients at their point of need.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License highly valued.
