What You’ll Do
As a Transmission Planning Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of transmission planning projects, from business development through execution. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, develop scope and fee structures, ensure quality deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships. You’ll also be a mentor and resource for growing talent within our team. Key responsibilities include:

Business Development
+ Cultivate and grow client relationships through marketing efforts, project interactions, and strategic engagement.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, and developers.
Project Execution
+ Manage the full lifecycle of transmission planning projects including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client communication.Lead risk assessment processes and procedures using industry best practices.
Leadership & Mentorship
+ Train and mentor junior staff on both technical and project management aspects of transmission planning.Champion internal initiatives that promote team growth and technical excellence.
Technical Responsibilities
+ Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, computer science or related field from an accredited program and 5 years of related professional experience.Knowledge in project management, techniques, and procedures.
$140,000.00-375,000.00 Yearly The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
