Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and purpose-driven marketer to join the US Breyanzi Marketing team in the role of Senior Product Manager, US Breyanzi Patient Marketing. This individual will be a key member of the US Cell Therapy Organization, responsible for driving the day-to-day development and execution of patient-facing marketing initiatives and direct-to-consumer omnichannel tactics for the Breyanzi franchise. They will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and compliant delivery of high-quality patient resources that are grounded in brand strategy and resonate with patients navigating their treatment journey. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, shepherd assets through internal review processes, and collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization will be essential to success in this role. This individual will report to the Director, US Breyanzi Patient Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day patient asset development — Drive the end-to-end development of patient-facing marketing materials and resources, ensuring all assets are rooted in brand strategy, patient insights, and clinical accuracy; manage agency and vendor partners to deliver high-quality, compelling content that supports patients throughout their treatment journey
Execute day-to-day omnichannel tactics & deployment — Support the execution and deployment of DTC omnichannel tactics across relevant channels, ensuring strategic cohesion, consistent messaging, and timely activation in partnership with the Omnichannel Solutions (OCS) team
Shepherd assets through MLR review process — Own the end-to-end management of patient marketing assets through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process, ensuring submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant; proactively identify and resolve review challenges to maintain project timelines
Manage patient testimonial program & content — Lead the day-to-day management of the Breyanzi patient testimonial program, including content development, compliance adherence, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders to ensure authentic and impactful patient stories are brought to life
Ensure timely, compliant resource delivery — Maintain rigorous project management discipline across all patient marketing initiatives, tracking deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure resources are delivered on time and in full compliance with FDA promotional regulations and BMS standards
Support broader patient marketing team priorities — Contribute actively to the broader US Breyanzi patient marketing team, supporting cross-functional initiatives, brand planning activities, and ad hoc priorities that advance the overall patient marketing strategy
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other Advanced Degree Strongly Preferred
Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing, brand management, or a related commercial function
Proven track record of executing patient marketing or DTC programs with demonstrated impact on commercial performance
Hematology, Oncology, or Cell Therapy experience preferred; CAR-T experience is a significant differentiator
Experience managing assets through MLR review processes, with a strong working knowledge of FDA promotional regulations and PhRMA guidelines
Demonstrated experience managing patient testimonial programs or patient advocacy partnerships is a plus
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience executing omnichannel or digital marketing tactics in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting preferred
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, drive execution, foster relationships, and build alignment across a matrixed organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly articulate ideas and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
Strong scientific acumen, with the ability to comprehend and discuss clinical data in the context of patient communications
Initiative, creativity, and proven ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment Hematology, Oncology or Cell Therapy/Gene Therapy experience strongly preferred

Compensation Overview:
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Paid Time Off
US Exempt Employees: flexible time off (unlimited, with manager approval, 11 paid national holidays (not applicable to employees in Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico or Rayzebio employees)
Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico and Rayzebio Exempt, Non-Exempt, Hourly Employees: 160 hours annual paid vacation for new hires with manager approval, 11 national holidays, and 3 optional holidays
Based on eligibility*, additional time off for employees may include unlimited paid sick time, up to 2 paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, and military needs and an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas and New Years Day.
All global employees full and part-time who are actively employed at and paid directly by BMS at the end of the calendar year are eligible to take advantage of the Global Shutdown.
*Eligibility Disclosure: The summer hours program is for United States (U.S.) office-based employees due to the unique nature of their work. Summer hours are generally not available for field sales and manufacturing operations and may also be limited for the capability centers. Employees in remote-by-design or lab-based roles may be eligible for summer hours, depending on the nature of their work, and should discuss eligibility with their manager. Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement should consult that document to determine if they are eligible. Contractors, leased workers and other service providers are not eligible to participate in the program.
