Job Description

► Release product documents as drawings, bills of materials and material masters for products and parts
► Formal checking of documents acc. defined criteria as norms and instructions
► Cleansing data in product data management and product life cycle management by following defined methods and by using provided tools
► If needed initiate corrections at responsible engineering
► Release drawings in ADM-Systems as Teamcenter and Smarteam and handover to SAP Product Data Management
► Create, maintain and release bills of materials and material masters for production in SAP according engineering documents
► Change product documents for products and parts according engineering change request
► Formal checking of approved Engineering change request acc. instruction
► Formal checking of changed documents acc. defined criteria as norms and instructions
► If needed initiate corrections at change responsible initiator
► Implement small formal corrections in drawings
► Release changed drawings in ADM-Systems as Teamcenter and Smarteam and handover to SAP Product Data Management
► Change bill of materials and material masters according change description

Qualifications

► Knowledge of SAP (PDM area)
► Basic knowledge to read drawings
► Good communication skills, self-organization and pro-activeness, follow up culture
► Precise about topic and orientation to quality
► Good usage of English language is must (B2 level)
► Willingness to learn new things and processes
