Job Description

Responsible for:
Daily administration responsibilities.

• Quotation Creation, Order Possessing, Delivery Coordination, Internal Invoice Approval UI, External Invoice Creation, Receivables Management, Credit Note Creation, Check List Signing for External Invoicing & Credit Notes

Reporting

•  Support with financial reporting.

Customer Contact

•  Delivery Schedules

Customer Refunds

•  WorkOn Creation

Shipments

•  Coordinate Foreign Exports with Various Teams, Create Customs Proforma Invoice, Track Customs VAT Payments, Coordinate Domestic Shipments

Drive Process Improvement.

•  General improvement of components, maintenance & services process, Automatic Invoicing Process, Shipment Process

General Guidance for UK SA Team

•  Running Weekly Team Meetings, Special Customer Requests / Issues, New Customer Account Creation

SA1 (Abt) Relationship Management

•  Running Weekly Team Meetings

Personnel management

•  New Intern Hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s Degree
• Impeccable Organisation and prioritisation skills to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication, and negotiation skills.
• Must work independently and thoroughly.
• Demonstrate high levels of initiative, problem solving and self-motivation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, German knowledge optional.
• MS Office skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.K.

Driving licence preferred.
