Bosch Electric Drive Systems Co., Ltd. (RBCE) was established in Nanchang in Jan 2025 as a joint venture between Bosch and Jiangling Motor Corporation Group (JMCG), with Bosch holding a 60% stake and JMCG owning 40%. RBCE is primarily responsible for the development, application, production, sales, and servicing of electric drive axle systems for light commercial vehicles.

客户关系管理
- 维护客户高层关系,建立长期信任
- 了解客户业务战略、组织架构及决策链
商机挖掘与销售推进
- 识别客户痛点,引导需求,推动商机
- 制定销售策略(如竞争分析、报价策略)
- 主导合同谈判,确保条款合理并促成签约
收入与回款管理
- 跟踪合同执行,确保按时回款
- 挖掘增购/复购机会,提升客户TCO(生命周期价值)
跨团队协调
- 协调解决方案专家设计技术方案
- 向交付团队传递客户关键需求
