Two-Wheeler & Powersports is part of the Bosch Mobility Solutions business sector, building Bosch’s two-wheeler and powersports activities cross divisionally. Combining the areas of vehicle motion & safety, environment & efficiency and comfort & fun in one business unit. We act as the one face to the customer, facilitating internal and external processes. We are globally responsible for sales, marketing and engineering for two-wheeler and powersports specific products. - 日系顧客向けパワートレイン・セーフティー及び電動製品プロジェクトマネージャー
- 新規受注プロジェクト管理
- 客先計画業務
- 工場側とのプロジェクト立ち上げ業務
- 社内外とのプロジェクト会議設定
- プロジェクト予算、コスト管理

Safety, Powertrain & Electrification Project Manager for JOEM customer

Your tasks will be:
- Powertrain, Safety & Electrification Project manager
- Customer interface responsible for overall project management
- Launch Management and plant coordination
- Organize internal and external project meetings
- Change Management
- Project budget planning and cost controlling

Qualifications

- 社内外に対するコミュニケーションスキル
- ボッシュプロセスに対する知識
- 営業もしくはプロジェクトマネージメントの経験
- 母国語レベルの日本語および英語のスキル
- 日系メーカーとのプロジェクト経験
- 二輪車に対する知識。バイカー（希望）
- 目標意識が高い事、チームワーク尊重

- Knowledge of Bosch processes
- Experience in sales / project management
- Fluent Japanese and English language skills
- Experience of project coordination with JOEM customers
- Knowledge in two wheeler domain, biker experience (preferred)
- Target oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
