[Job Description]

Manage the entire project for the Interior Sensing System (ISS)
Serve as the technical point of contact for customer interactions
Plan and track project schedules
Manage project costs and resources
Make necessary decisions to achieve project goals and issue instructions to component leaders
Coordinate engineering activities across component development teams
Ensure fulfillment of technical system requirements

Project management experience in series projects
Automotive product development experience
Business-level communication skills in Japanese and English
Basic knowledge of ADAS
Ability to initiate and coordinate discussions with customers and internal teams

Experience in electrical or mechanical development
Software development experience
Basic knowledge of image processing or millimeter-wave sensors
