The Bosch Engineering Centre of Budapest has been established in 2001. Today, it is a major research and development hub within the Bosch world focusing on the big mobility trends: automated, electrified and connected mobility. More than 3500 engineers are working together on complex automotive products within various fields of engineering from software to mechanical and hardware product development. Your ideas will be part of products improving the life across the globe.
Your tasks:
► Participate in validation projects beginning-to-end:
• Preparation: Capacity calculation, test plan alignment, test system preparation
• Measurement execution: in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
• Reporting according to internal requirements with detailed documentation
► Prepare, execute, supervise and report aging, electrical and mechanical tests
► Identify root causes of failures during testing using structured, logical analysis in coordination with related teams
► Communication between project management, HW designers and mechanical fields
► Management of validation related daily topics and open points
► Representing validation-related topics in international teams
► Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively within cross-functional teams
► Support the continuous improvement of validation processes and coordinate colleagues when needed
► Operate laboratory equipment such as oscilloscope, digital multimeter, communication tools and frequency generators
► Work distribution: approx. 80% office / laboratory work, with home office option for documentation and firmware-related tasks
► Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable technical field
► Ability to detect electrical faults using logical, systematic thinking
► Active experience in HW lifetime validation activities
► Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify electrical faults systematically
► Strong problem-solving skills
► Good communication and negotiation skills
► Confident use of oscilloscope and multimeter
► Knowledge of CAN communication
► Good command of English, both written and spoken

► Hands-on experience with STM32-based firmware development
