Job Description
- Implement sales activities to achieve FA sales target (i.e. Rev, IO, AR, Inventory, New Focus Customer, etc.). 开展销售活动以达成FA销售指标 (例如:销售额,订单,应收款,库存,新重点客户等等)。
- Identify and seize cross-selling opportunities of customers to ensure DC’s maximum share. 识别并抓住客户端的跨产品销售机会,确保DC的产品份额最大化。
- Understand and align BU profitable growth strategy (including application, product, pricing, after-market) to drive success in responsible area. 理解并协同执行与BU共同认可的盈利增长策略(包括应用,产品,定价,售后市场)以推动负责区域业务取得成功。
- Conduct thorough market analysis and stay abreast of customer trends to define business decisions. 进行深入的市场分析,了解客户发展趋势,以制订业务发展决策。
- Promote FA TPP products, especially MPP Drive products. 积极推广FA的目标新产品,特别是中端市场的经济型伺服产品。
- Development new sales partner focus on Drive and Control products. 开发驱动及系统产品新的销售伙伴。
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in electrical automation control related. 本科以上学历,电气自动化控制相关专业.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling of FA products, familiar with Guangdong drive and control market, team leading experience preferred. 至少5年工厂自动化产品的销售经验, 熟悉广东驱动及控制市场,具有团队管理经验优先.
- Experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. 跨职能团队有效合作方面的经验,以实现业务目标.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, understand the strength of distribution channel for business development. 对销售和市场营销策略有深入的了解,理解分销渠道对业务的推动力.
- Comprehensive understanding of servo drive product, their applications, and the technical aspects of the industry. 对伺服驱动产品,应用以及行业的技术方面有全面的理解.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and resolve complex business challenges. 强大的解决问题能力,能够应对和解决复杂的商业挑战.
- Familiar with Japan/Taiwan/Europe/America drive customer based is preferred. 熟悉日系/台系/欧美伺服类产品客户群体者优先。
- Willing to travel frequently. 能适应经常出差。
