Company Description

Bosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Group. Its predecessor is ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd., established in October 2005, provides Chinese business partners with a full portfolio of steering system for commercial vehicles. Currently, the company has completed the construction of phase II-workshop, R&D center and the vehicle testing ground.

Servocom series hydraulic ball & nut steering gears are the main products of the company. Servocom is designed with features of modularization, high pressure and high level of standardization. Compared with competitors, these features bring benefits such as less energy consumption, wide range of application. Meanwhile, the output torque of unit mass is increased through light-weight design and the payload is increased accordingly. Also, the maintenance-free of Servocom leads to the reduction of life cycle cost. Servocom has been owned more than 1 million units in China and applied by all major Chinese commercial vehicle OEMs. Currently,ServoSino8198 which developed by our company has been launched on the market. Servotwin which makes automated driving come true has also been introduced into China market. Besides, our company is dedicated to promote Robust System to reduce failure rate and fulfill the requirement of customer for the modular management.

博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司是博世集团的全资子公司，其前身为采埃孚商用车转向机（山东）有限公司，创建于2005年10月，主要是给其中国商业伙伴提供商用车用全套转向系统，公司现已完成二期厂房、研发中心及整车试车场的建设。

公司产品主要为Servocom系列商用车用循环球式液压助力转向机。Servocom系列转向机为模块化、高压力、标准化设计，与竞争对手相比，能量损耗更低，应用范围更广。同时，轻量化的设计使得单位质量的输出扭矩增加，从而使整车负载得到增加，且不需要维护从而降低使用成本。Servocom系列转向机在中国市场上的保有量已超过100万台，已被国内主要商用车制造商广泛采用。目前，公司开发的ServoSino8198系列转向机已经投放市场，用以实现自动驾驶的Servotwin也已经逐渐引入中国市场。此外，公司正致力于推广转向系统供货以降低故障率并满足主机厂模块化管理需求。

Job Description

Responsibilities 职责

Acts as business interface between OEM and Bosch, Push internal cross-function organization to provide right solution for OEM customer, create value in customer side.

作为BOSCH 与OEM客户之间的业务窗口；推动内部跨职能组织提供正确的解决方案，为客户创造价值。

Listen to voice of customer voice, listen to voice of legislation and industry, track market information, execute customer strategy.

识别并分析客户声音，相关法规信息及行业信息，执行客户战略；

Close customer relationship management from top to implement level；identify customer stakeholder requirements and improve customer satisfaction,

紧密的客户关系管理, 自管理层至执行层；识别客户要求并提高客户满意度

Strong business sensitive, keen eyes on business chance and risk；

强烈的业务敏感度，对业务机会及风险有敏锐的判断；

Identify acquisition chance, Lead acquisition project；follow up project management process, incl. acquisition phase and project developing phase;

识别项目获取机会，并领导项目获取项目；执行项目管理流程，包括项目获取阶段以及项目开发阶段；

Commercial topics management, incl. contract, pricing management, profit & loss tracking, acquisition reporting, business planning, AR, etc;

商务事务管理，包括合同，价格管理，利润及损失跟踪，项目获取汇报, 业务规划,应收账款回款等；

Cross-function cooperation and support on related topics;

跨职能协作以及相关事务的支持；

Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。

Qualifications

Qualification required

资格要求

Education学历

Bachelor or above, related to mechanical, elecctronic engineering, sales, marketing, commerce or equivalent.

学士及以上学位，机械工程、电子工程市场营销、商务等相关专业。

Skill技能

Basic communication and reporting skills in English

使用英语进行基本交流及汇报。

Excellent computer skills in MS office incl. Word, Excel and PowerPoint

熟练使用Word, Excel , PowerPoint等办公软件。

Knowledge in SAP preferred

掌握SAP应用技能优先。

Travel domestically / internationally with working base at Jinan

工作地点在济南，能适应国内出差。

Experience工作经验

Preference for experience in manufacturing environment; background in automotive industry will be a plus，for the potential talent with strong pioneering spirit, no working experience is also acceptable.

具有制造业工作经历或者汽车工业背景者优先考虑，对于具有强烈开拓意识的潜在人才，可接受无工作经验。
