- 8 primary service packages like Preferential or Customs management; Export procedure support; Import and Export filing preparation; Country of origin management. Trade compliance etc.

Job Description

► Filling manually export data into GTS and submitting export declaration towards responsible authority
► Collecting, analyzing and sorting Export relevant data for operational tasks 
► Track and trace customs messages in the system, taking action timaly manner
► Designing and improving Export process in GTS (automation of manual steps) 
► Follow up on Export cases, providing and uploading documentation in SAP/GTS system for compliance closing of export cases 
► Reporting KPIs and visualizing them in available tools 
► Collaborationwith customer and GBs, regular feedback sessions

Qualifications

► Basic, fundamental knowledge of FT and Trade compliance operations at least 1 year experiance
► Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business administration, Logistics, Law or Similar) preferable
► Advanced excel skills
► High motivation and curiosity for Data analytics and mass management of data base
► Ability to derive managerial decisions and presentation skills
► Good expression/ Motivation/Pro-activity/Reliability 
► Good conflict resolution skills; written and oral communication skills 
► Affinity to work in remote conditions and with international team 
► Excellent English (written and spoken)
