Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our software solutions in the Vietnamese market by generating qualified leads, establishing strong customer relationships, and collaborating closely with the Delivery and Expert teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. 

This position is open to candidates with a proven track record in selling Industrial Software and IT/Engineering Services (such as MES, ESG, Industrial IoT, Software Development and Validation Services, etc.)   

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers 

• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth. 

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers. 

• Thought Leadership: Develop and deliver thought leadership content (e.g., presentations, articles, webinars) to position the company as an industry expert and attract potential customers. 

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Delivery and Expert teams to ensure smooth project execution, address customer needs, and provide exceptional service. 

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. 

• Sales Process Improvement: Continuously refining sales processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. 

• Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. 

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree, preferably with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Business Development. 

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software or technology sales. 

• Proven track record in selling Industrial Software and IT & Engineering Services (such as MES, ESG, Industrial IoT, Software Development and Validation Services, etc.)  

• Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Deep understanding of the software industry and the Vietnamese market 

• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese 

• It would be big advantages if you have:

          + Experience in selling Industrial Software, IT & Engineering Services to large corporations. 

          + A strong network of relationships within the Vietnamese business community 

          + Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools. 

          + Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling thought leadership content.
