1. Support TLG (Technical Supplier Discussion) incollaboration with TLG team to identify potential supplier risks.
2. Team work with Purchasing and Marketing department to select the qualified suppliers.
3. Coordinate ISIR and develop quality inspection planning to ensure component meet specifications.
4. Involve and be a strong partner in Advanced Product Quality Planning/PQP (Preventive Quality Planning) to meet program metrics.
5. Work with supplier and internal team to finish PPAP approval based on project timing plan.
6. Implement process audit at supplier and follow-up audit till all findings closed.
7. Lead Supplier Quality Improvement Project and Supplier Enabling Project (SQIP & SE).
8. Claim management, including collect failure costs and claim to supplier, trace 8D timing and evaluate 8D quality, train supplier 8D when needed
