Job Description

The Software Development domain gives students the opportunity of experiencing the entire software development process, from requirements through design, implementation and unit-testing to documentation. We create our own embedded development tools and simulation environments, and we use continuous integration/continuous testing for our daily work. Contribute to the software development in a real project environment using multiple technologies and experience the process of development within automotive field.

You will work with us on developing and delivering the software that runs on the ECUs found in the car’s Steering system. You will have the opportunity to help and improve our delivery process and communicate with our experts spread across different regions and teams.

In your role you will:

• You will have the chance to participate actively and be responsible in each project phase, from start to production;
• You are going to closely collaborate with international development partners;
• You will closely cooperate with different domains (HW engineers, System engineers, Test engineers);
• You will be responsible of the artifacts delivered to the customer;
• You will follow and implement agile practices within the team.

Technology Stack:

• Vector tools: CANoe, CANape;
• Scripting languages: Python;
• Batch\Powershell scripting;
• Bitbucket\ClearCase;
• Jira\ClearQuest.

Qualifications

• You are studying Computer Science, Automation, Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics, Mathematics or comparable;
• You have some experience with some of the following technologies, depending on your specialization: C, C/C++, Python, MATLAB, Assembly;
• You have understanding of practices as debugging and testing;
• You are proactive and you adapt easily to new development environment;
• You are self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks;
• You’re a team player and offering and receiving feedback comes naturally;
• Good English knowledge is mandatory.
