Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Solution Design & Implementation

   

• Lead end-to-end implementations of EWM with Material Flow System (MFS) integration.

  •

• Design and configure: Warehouse structure and activity areas Storage control and process-oriented storage control (POSC) Layout-oriented storage control (LOSC) Handling Unit (HU) management Wave management and labor management

  •

• Configure and support EWM MFS components, including: Communication channels (TCP/IP, PLC interfaces) Telegram configuration and queue management Routing and conveyor logic Resource management for automated equipment

  •

• Design high-availability and performance-optimized MFS architecture.

  •

• Integrate MFS with ASRS (Automate Storage & Retrieval Systems), Conveyor and sortation system and robotics

   

• Provide solution documentation including functional specifications and test scripts.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Experience :

8+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in EWM.

• Mandatory/requires Skills :
  Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle EWM MFS integrations.

• Strong configuration expertise in core EWM processes (inbound, outbound, internal movements).

   

• Strong expertise in Storage control (POSC/LOSC), HU management, Queue and resource management, RF framework

   

• Strong client-facing and workshop facilitation skills

• Preferred Skills :
  Experience in highly automated distribution centers (high-bay warehouses, pharma, chemical, retail, automotive).

   

• Knowledge of ABAP debugging for MFS troubleshooting.

   

• Exposure to SAP Event Management or real-time tracking integrations.

   

• SAP EWM certification. with Experience with non-SAP WCS/WMS integration.

   

• German language is an added advantage –
