Shape the future of Marketing & Sales with us! We are looking for master’s graduates with a drive to make a difference, who will strengthen our brands and drive global market success in our Junior Managers Program. Are you passionate about brands, think strategically, and want to start a leadership career? Then we want to hear from you.​

Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will become part of the transformation of sales and marketing. You will rotate through various departments—in Germany and worldwide—and work on how we reach, inspire, and retain customers in the long term. Your mission: bring brands to life and rethink growth.​

You won't just collaborate—you will make a visible impact. From new digital sales channels to creative marketing approaches: your ideas won’t end up in a drawer, but directly in the market.​

What you will learn and develop with us:​

• You will learn how modern customer journeys work—and how data, content, and technology interact to attract and retain customers.​

• You will actively shape digital sales channels, eCommerce solutions, and marketing campaigns that make brands visible and create real value.​

• You will work with international teams, creative minds, and your personal mentor to develop into the next generation of leaders in Sales & Marketing.​

Your academic foundation:​

You have graduated with an outstanding (full-time) Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Marketing, with a focus on digital topics.​

Qualifications

Your passion for marketing & customers:​You have a keen sense for trends, brands, and digital communication. eCommerce, social media, or content are not just buzzwords for you—but fields you genuinely understand or want to develop in.​

Your eye for the bigger picture:​
You want to understand how marketing initiatives and sales strategies interact—and how this translates into real business results.​

Your understanding of human-centric leadership:​
You can inspire people, communicate convincingly, and love to build relationships—both internally and externally.​

You think strategically and shape the future:​
You bring in your own ideas, challenge the status quo, and actively drive the digital transformation of sales and marketing.​

Your continuous development:​
You want to grow—creatively, analytically, and personally. You are curious, learn quickly, and forge new paths.​

Your language proficiency:
You communicate fluently in English (negotiation level) and possess good German language skills. You have already gained at least three months of international experience.
