Job Description

1. 物料计划与控制 Material Planning and Control
   1. 每日检查系统订单及时准确下达给各供应商，并跟进实际交付达成情况。

Daily verify system orders are timely and accurately released to suppliers, and track actual delivery.

b.  计算并控制原材料合理库存水平, 精细控制大件物料和贵重物料。 

              Calculate and control optimal inventory levels for RM; strictly manage  

              bulky and high-value items

c.  供应商来料异常跟进；物料供应风险预警及应对,避免生产缺料。

            Handle material issues; material shortage early warning and mitigation

1. 生产计划与控制 Production Planning & Control

      a.客户订单评估及交期回复，跟进并确保按时完成。

         Evaluate customer orders, reply with delivery dates, ensure on‑time delivery

      b.按照客户订单需求及均衡生产要求制定并下达每日生产计划

          Release production plan according to customer and levelling requirements.

1. 供应商协作及绩效管理 supplier cooperations & performance mgt.

1. 物流弹性供应合同和寄售合同的谈判和签署。

Negotiate/sign flexible supply contact & consignment contract w/ supplier

1. 低绩效供应商原因分析，沟通及改善.

Analyse low‑performer issues; communicate & drive improvements.

1. KPI管理及达成 KPI mgt & Achievement

原材料，并成品，成品周转率; 生产交期;客户服务水平; 供应链成本.

Inventory coverage; Production LT; Customer service level; SCC;

1. 跟进工程变更物料，确保新旧版本顺利切换。

Manage EC change materials to ensure smooth transition;

1. 新产品开发支持:

协调原材料及成品包装设计及验证，支持团队产线布局，物料流及信息流设计。统筹各个试产阶段物料到位情况，按期完成样品订单及量产爬坡。

          Coordinate packaging design/validation (raw & FG),support line layout &     

        material/information flow,ensure material availability for all pilot runs; on time   

        fulfill sample orders & ramp‑up schedule.

1. SAP,EDI 等系统模块负责人system Key user,

负责培训及解决系统各种问题及参数设置

Train and support end users on daily operation issues & parameters setting

1. 其它持续性改善项目Others CIP/Projects

Qualifications

1.学历大专及以上

2.机械电子行业物料计划相关工作经验

3.英语口语流利
