Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Plant performance analysis for BP, MBR, CF analysis including variance analysis, Risk and Opportunity analysis
• Presentation to central and local management for plant performance and lead type cost tracking
• Plant costing (PPC calculation and SAP standard costing maintain, overhead controlling)
• Lead type unit cost controlling and RPP measures tracking
• Plant measures verification, VSPDCA tracking, recommendation for management proposals
• Project calculation / Quotation (EVOB, investment calculation, make or buy etc.)
• Budgeting and controlling of plant (cost center budget, HC, investment etc.)
• Analysis for plan/actual/target for MAT related KPIs
• Material variance tracking and analysis
• Material master data
• Controlling process improvement and digitalization

Qualifications

• At least Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• More than 3 years plant controlling  related experience
• Digital skill e.g excel, Power BI, Power Query, Access, python etc.
• SAP CO model knowledge
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good English both oral and written skill
