Key Responsibilities:
Own and support project planning and execution, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met with excellence.
Foster partnership and alignment across manufacturing, safety, and business units to streamline operations and maximize value.
Provide program management support by tracking progress, coordinating resources, and driving successful program outcomes.
Identify operational inefficiencies and champion process improvements
Analyze complex data and translate it into insightful reports and presentations that inform strategic decisions.
Maintain rigorous data management to monitor program status, commitments, and compliance, and proactively resolve issues.
Who We’re Looking For (Basic Qualifications):
Experienced with 2 to 5 years in project or program management, demonstrating the ability to lead or support cross-functional efforts.
Adept at creating operational rhythms, with 2 to 5 years experience managing integrated schedules, and developing actionable business metrics.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Proficient in project management software (MSProject, Smartsheet)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, driven to solve problems and enhance operational excellence.
Collaborative communicator, comfortable working across teams and with leadership to influence and align priorities.
2-5 years experience engaging with senior leaders and contributing to organizational strategy
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applied experience in a relevant discipline.
Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential is advantageous.
Aerospace experience

Summary Pay Range:
Level 2 - $80,170 - $$90,240
Level 3 - $95,700 - $111,860
