Data Analytics & Reporting
This role owns the strategy and execution to move BMO InvestorLine from general-purpose AI assistants to an AI-augmented operating model, where every team is amplified by a supporting network of AI agents working under human direction. It is accountable for the end-to-end path and outcomes, partnering with AI Technology & Analytics teams to build and deliver solutions, while ensuring AI investments scale economically across the enterprise.
AI Enablement & Workforce Transformation
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for an AI-enabled workforce, defining and operationalizing a multi-stage roadmap—from augmenting individual workflows, to redesigning processes around AI, to standing up human-led, agent-supported ways of working
- Design the future-state agentic operating model, including a pragmatic, staged rollout with the roles, controls, and governance it requires
- Build executive narratives and business cases, translating a complex transformation into clear, compelling stories with quantified business value
- Lead across a highly matrixed organization to define and operationalize a prioritized backlog of internal AI use cases that create measurable value throughout the transformation
- Partner with AI Technology, Analytics, and Risk teams to activate use cases with pace, with accountability for outcomes
- Establish governance mechanisms to measure and track adoption, impact, and value
- Reinforce responsible AI usage aligned to enterprise governance, risk, and data privacy requirements
- Lead change management across the full journey, starting with the value-accretive adoption of internal AI tools (e.g., communication, activation, champion networks, L&D, prompt/skill/agent libraries)
- Continuously evolve enablement approaches based on feedback, usage patterns, and emerging AI capabilities
AI Scalability & Enterprise Alignment
- Partner across Wealth and BMO business & technology teams to identify shared AI opportunities and overlapping demand, helping inform where InvestorLine directs its AI investments
- Lead across multiple lines of business to shape initiatives with scalability in mind, balancing shared build opportunities with InvestorLine specific needs
- Support collaboration on AI initiatives by bringing clarity to scope, ownership, and delivery approach across partners
- Lead the development of cost-sharing and value attribution approaches for jointly developed capabilities
- Define what elements of a solution are scalable (e.g., platforms, core capabilities, workflows) versus what requires tailored builds
- Establish repeatable approaches for extending AI initiatives beyond InvestorLine, reducing friction in scaling and reuse
- Work within and adapt to the evolving Wealth and BMO AI landscape, aligning with broader practices, governance expectations, and ways of working
- Maintain awareness of external trends and approaches to scalable AI deployment to inform internal decisions

- Deep understanding of the AI SDLC
- Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Demonstrated experience driving AI adoption and new ways of working at scale
- Working knowledge of responsible AI, governance, and data/privacy requirements in a highly regulated industry
- Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
