We are looking for a Materials Handler to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Warehouse Manager and is based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site role working day shift hours.
Role and Responsibilities:
Receiving & Shipping: Unload delivery trucks, verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, and prepare outgoing products for secure transport.
Inventory Control: Track inventory levels, record product locations, and participate in regular cycle counts or physical inventory checks to resolve discrepancies
Order Fulfillment: Pull and package materials to support daily production lines or fulfill customer orders
Equipment Operation: Safely utilize material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations, conduct pre-use equipment inspections, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
Skills and Experience:
1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or a production environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and perform heavy lifting (typically up to 50 lbs.).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Oracle and scanners.
Forklift certification is highly preferred and frequently required.
Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
