Purpose
Facilitates and coordinates Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure that multiple teams within a program are aligned and delivering value efficiently. To manage dependencies, remove impediments, and oversee the planning and execution of Program Increments. Foster collaboration across teams, ensures alignment with business objectives, and drives continuous improvement in large-scale Agile environments.

In this role, you will drive Agile delivery at scale, enabling strategic change across multiple squads and helping shape the future of banking through innovation and collaboration. The Release Train Engineer, RTE oversees the planning and execution of Planning Increments, PIs through the guidance of multiple Squads within a Journey Group / Platform. The RTE manages dependencies, removes impediments, and ensures alignment and delivery to business outcomes. RTEs foster collaboration across Squads, ensure alignment with business targets, and drive continuous improvement in large-scale Agile environments.
To be successful as a Release Train Engineer, you should have experience:
Supporting the delivery activities across multiple Agile teams, ensuring successful execution of Planning Increments (PIs) and achievement of business outcomes
Coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams on Agile principles, fostering consistency, collaboration, and adherence to best practices
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating delivery risks to ensure smooth, predictable, and high-quality releases
Facilitating and coordinating stakeholder engagement to socialize, validate, and align feature requirements with downstream teams
Guiding feature and story planning, including slotting, dependency identification and tracking in RAID and Jira, while driving timely resolution of cross-team dependencies

Salary in Whippany, NJ:
Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $225,000
