To support change delivery managers in the delivery of successful projects, while ensuring that project management processes and practices are aligned with controls and governance standards and that projects are aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.

Join our Basel IV Programme Management Office (PMO) and play a pivotal role in delivering one of the organisation’s most significant regulatory change programmes. Supporting Change Delivery Managers, you will help drive successful project execution, ensure robust governance and controls, and enable strategic business objectives through effective project management and stakeholder coordination as we approach a critical point in the delivery.
To be successful as a key member of the Basel IV PMO Team, you should have experience that evidences:
An instinctive and deep understanding of Governance and how it can strengthen the overall delivery of the programme and its aims
Successful Stakeholder Management is critical with the candidate needing to have the confidence and authority to communicate requirements succinctly.
Capable of using the best tool available to readily support / compose the clear reporting and communication of status to regular forums and ad hoc requirements.

The skills to bring together financial analysis, management and reporting across the programme. An ability to drive internal planning within workstreams alongside Change Delivery Managers to ensure a coherent plan that delivers the outcomes and brings together all impacted elements of governance to ensure a robust delivery.
Understand the construct and monitoring of strong KPIs that support the tracking and lead reporting of programme delivery status and governance reporting.
