Purpose of the role
To participate in the day-to-day activities of the private bank and wealth management division providing insights and expertise that help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.

Why the Private Bank Graduate Programme?
Our two-year Explorer programme develops your understanding and expertise through a deep exploration of three vital areas: Product, Strategy/Business Management and Relationship Management. As part of this programme you can achieve two professional qualifications: IMC, which is mandatory in Year One, and CFA (Level One only), which is optional in Year Two. You’ll gain international exposure to our business and build a close relationship with the Corporate and Investment Bank, as you help our clients build on their achievements and fulfil their potential.

Who we're looking for
To be considered for this programme, you must be pursuing an undergraduate degree with anticipated completion between December 2026 - June 2027.
Ideally, you'll be interested in finance and business, proactive and a good communicator with a GPA of 3.2 or above. We value resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirt, all of which might be showcased through your involvement in extracurricular activities.
