Purpose of the role
Product Managers are responsible for the leading the strategic focus of the product(s), defining the product vision, market strategy, and competitive analysis. They think about the product's future and how it will evolve over time. They work with various teams, including marketing, engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure everyone is aligned on the product strategy. They use data and market research to inform their decisions and prioritize product features.

You will work closely with business, operations and cross-functional partners to solve complex problems, shape scalable solutions, and ensure efficient delivery. Acting as the key interface between business and functional stakeholders, you will support the development of product propositions, and/or service strategies—from concept and release.
To be successful as a Product Manager, you should have experience with:
Essential Skills:
Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret reporting outputs, identify trends and anomalies, generate insights and make data-driven recommendations.
Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail, structured problem solving and the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and drive effective resolution.
Delivery discipline with experience using Jira and Agile ways of working to manage requirements, backlogs, actions and delivery activities.
Experience producing management information, dashboards, governance packs and executive reporting using data from multiple sources.
Strong risk, control and governance awareness, including execution of operational controls, validation activities, quality assurance reviews and adherence to defined processes.
Stakeholder management across UK and India teams — confidence working with journey owners, product managers, controls teams, technology, risk and partner teams.
Strong customer journey mindset — ability to assess journeys end-to-end, identify pain points, interpret customer/colleague feedback, and support journey health checks.
Comfortable using AI‑enabled tools to improve backlog quality, analysis, insights and documentation, while recognising accountability remains with Product.
As minimum intermediate level of Excel and PowerPoint & familiar with Basic SQL, HUE, Tableau, MS & office tools.
Strong judgement on when to act vs when to align or escalate, particularly where customer harm or regulatory risk may arise.
Experience creating, maintaining and improving customer journey maps and business process documentation, including identification of pain points, process gaps and improvement opportunities.
Experience supporting campaigns, promotional or customer offer delivery activities including execution, monitoring, reporting, governance and performance tracking.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Experience in product management/ownership.
Experience in digital product design.
Experience with Agentic AI, Spec Driven Development, Rapid Prototyping etc.
Experience or Knowledge in unsecured lending/partnerships.
Experience supporting customer offer lifecycle activities including offer setup, maintenance, promotional configuration, monitoring and governance controls.
Knowledge of market trends, competitor landscape and ability to benchmark against set goals.
Knowledge of Figma, journey mapping tools.
Experience in Unsecured Lending Consumer Loans or Credit Cards.
Experience or Knowledge in affordability & CRA.
Experience or Knowledge in economic crime.
This role will be based out of Gurugram/Noida.
