To be successful as a Selection & Assessment Analyst, you should have experience with:
Essential
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Experience with data, reporting and insight generation.
Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint.
Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining data to different audiences.
Interest in process improvement, automation and technology-enabled outcomes.
Desirable
Experience supporting projects, PMO or change activity.
Experience using Power BI or other visualisation tools.
Exposure to Talent Acquisition, Assessment, HR or Workforce Strategy.
Familiarity with process mapping, workflow automation or AI-enabled productivity tools.
Understanding of assessment technologies, digital recruitment platforms and emerging HR technology.
