Join Barclays as an IBK Onboarding Support Team, Analyst, where you will sit in a newly formed Client Deal Services team, fully embedded with the Front Office Investment Bank business, supporting client outreach, document collection, onboarding case coordination, and process optimization. The area covered will be the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB), therefore product knowledge is equally as important as previous onboarding experience. You will support day-to-day Wholesale Onboarding activities, including KYC processing, quality checking, reporting, trading, issue resolution, and client onboarding and refreshing activities. You will collaborate with clients, Front Office, and teams across the bank to gather Customer Due Diligence information and evidence, align and integrate Wholesale Onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with documented policies. You will also identify opportunities for process improvement, provide recommendations for change, support the development and implementation of procedures, and participate in projects designed to improve Wholesale Onboarding efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, you will develop reports and presentations on onboarding performance, communicate findings to senior stakeholders, and monitor industry trends and best practices to support continuous improvement.
To be successful as an IBK Onboarding Support Team, Analyst, you should have experience with:
• Working with CIB clients, with good communication and internal and external stakeholder guidance skills
• Banking products and services, client onboarding, and lifecycle processes, across Front Office, Operations, Product, and support functions to drive client journeys from initiation through to client readiness
• Onboarding execution, deal coordination, and client readiness in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, guiding competing priorities while maintaining a robust focus on risk and structure
• Product knowledge in Lev Fin, ECM, and DCM
• Driving continuous improvement and business change activities - partnering with global teams and third-party vendors to simplify processes and embed new ways of working to achieve business and operational outcomes

Minimum Salary: $64,000
Maximum Salary: $87,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
