This job is responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product managers or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities and creating the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet the expectations of our clients, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs.
Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership and REDI Platform Strategy - Own and mature the REDI product roadmap in partnership with APS&E leadership, engineering, architecture, Reliability Engineering users, myCTO partners, Orchestra AI stakeholders & governance partners
- AI Product and GenAI Enablement Leadership - Support REDI as an AI-enabled production-support platform by helping translate GenAI capabilities into usable product workflows for Reliability Engineers, Incident Commanders, document authors, and platform stakeholders
- Governance, Risk, and Production Readiness Execution - Coordinate the product-side execution of REDI governance and approval workstreams, including MRM, GIS, PTO, GT GenAI approval, controls documentation, CRQ submissions, release readiness, and production-readiness artifacts
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder and Vendor / Platform Coordination - Serve as a product coordination point across engineering, APS&E leadership, myCTO, Orchestra AI, GIS, MRM, accessibility, release management
- Adoption, Training, and Change Management - Drive the rollout and enablement plan for REDI users, including onboarding materials, pilot AIT readiness, training prerequisites, office hours, user documentation, and communication plans
- Executive and Board-Level Communications - Develop and maintain executive-ready materials that explain REDI’s purpose, value, governance posture, pilot learnings, etc
- Generates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain
- Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems
- Prioritizes and creates work for a team, learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Creates, prioritizes and refines stories in the product backlog
- Reviews and accepts stories and makes decisions regarding scope and requirements
- Partners with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through subject-matter expertise of the business
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product ownership, product management, software delivery, or technology leadership experience in complex enterprise environments
- Proven experience defining product vision, managing product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, refining user stories, developing acceptance criteria, supporting sprint planning, and maximizing product value across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience with Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, multi-agent concepts, NLP, knowledge integration, or AI-enabled workflow design
- Experience operating in regulated financial services or similarly controlled technology environments
- Ability to coordinate governance, risk, and compliance workstreams for AI-enabled technology products, including documentation, approvals, controls, and stakeholder signoffs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical AI, platform, governance, and operational concepts into clear business-facing artifacts for senior leaders, engineers, governance partners, and end users
- Experience working with Agile delivery tooling and practices, including Jira, Confluence, backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, test evidence, and release coordination. Scot Campbell’s resume includes Jira, Confluence, Agile / SAFe, user stories, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria, and REDI sources identify him as managing Agile ceremonies and Jira backlog work
- Ability to operate across engineering, operations, governance, architecture, security, and product stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience with production-support, incident-management, observability, reliability engineering, or operational intelligence products. REDI is specifically focused on production incident response, root-cause identification, AI-assisted triage, observability correlation, and documentation automation for APS&E Reliability Engineering and TechOps
- Familiarity with enterprise observability and incident-context sources such as myCTO, VOW, Splunk, Dynatrace, NetCool, CRQ, ITSM, Jira, runbooks, playbooks, and production-support knowledge bases. REDI materials describe the platform as unifying myCTO telemetry, observability, logs, incident metadata, runbooks, playbooks, SLO/SLI content, and production-support documentation into an AI-ready context layer
- Experience supporting AI governance, model risk documentation, human-in-the-loop controls, prompt / output controls, guardrails, evidence traceability, and risk-based rollout decisions. REDI’s MRM and governance posture includes advisory outputs, human review, confidence scoring, logged LLM events, version-controlled prompts, prompt-injection guardrails, RBAC, schema validation, circuit breakers, cached responses, and fallback to manual triage
- Experience producing executive-level product materials, operating model documentation, rollout plans, pilot findings, and adoption / training content. REDI sources show Scot Campbell connected to REDI pilot findings, Board-level FAQ / one-pager content, REDI timeline and status materials, executive demo decks, and training / communications meetings
- Working knowledge of AI product architecture patterns such as RAG, agentic workflows, LangChain, LangGraph, Elasticsearch-backed retrieval, FastAPI services, and human-in-the-loop design. REDI architecture materials describe LangChain, LangGraph, multi-step reasoning, React / TypeScript frontend, Python FastAPI microservices, Elasticsearch persistence, and human review / attestation as core design elements
- Experience with large-enterprise release processes, production-readiness reviews, security reviews, accessibility validation, Octane / test evidence, and cross-platform dependencies. REDI communications show ongoing work across GIS, MRM, PTO, Octane onboarding, ADSF / security review, accessibility revalidation, release planning, and myCTO / VOW routing
