With respect to NY, CA, and IL based applicants, the starting base pay range for this role is between USD 150000 and USD 200000 annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, business needs and market demands. This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.
Responsibilities
In the role of People Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:
- Serve as a technical day-to-day expert for Workday HCM
- Provide a consistent global Workday service that delivers a positive experience for our employees and managers across all offices and is configured in line with best practices
- Design and plan enhancements and new functionality by preparing detailed design documents and getting stakeholder agreement
- Identify and understand Workday issues and opportunities; help troubleshoot and resolve problems, including building ad hoc solutions
- Perform end-to-end configuration, testing, and deployment of business processes, integrations, reporting, and new functionality enablement
- Work with internal and external partners on basic testing, security, and reporting requirements to Workday connected downstream systems
- Perform system maintenance and support semi-annual Workday releases
- Develop and maintain reports/custom dashboards to support various business requirements
- Assist with the development of training materials and system demonstrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hand-on Workday HCM experience required; Talent, Learning, Absence, and Report Writing experience preferred
- Global Workday HCM experience
- Eager to solve business challenges and has strong interest in in optimizing end-to-end processes through system configuration and implementation
- Possess a high level of integrity and exercises careful judgement. Maintains confidentiality of all pertinent employee or financial information
- Demonstrates strong business insight and holds high expectations for quality of work
- Builds solid relationships, thoughtfully navigates sensitive situations, and implements feedback
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to influence change & process improvements
