BAM is in a period of rapid technology transition. Our Global Production Engineering organization supports the platforms and workflows that enable Operations and Finance across the firm. This role will own a significant technical domain spanning trade booking, position management, accounting, reference data, treasury, portfolio management, and downstream data distribution.
As a Lead Production Engineer, you will be a senior technical individual contributor. You will set standards, make design decisions, resolve difficult production issues, and coordinate delivery across Development, Operations, Finance, Treasury, Portfolio Management, and external vendors.
You will combine strong financial markets knowledge with deep production engineering experience. Your work will help ensure the accurate and timely processing of trades and transactions, calculation and attribution of P&L, completion of end-of-day accounting processes, and delivery of critical data to downstream systems.
The role operates within a global follow-the-sun support model and requires clear communication, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to improving system stability, operational controls, and service quality.
