We are seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our Healthcare M&A team that is motivated to help support the strong growth in our practice and is keen to gain quality M&A experience and exposure.
The Impact You’ll Make:
Providing quantitative, qualitative and analytical support and analysis for mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services to clients across a variety of industries
Preparing company valuations, financial models and client presentations
Due diligence, project management, document processing and financial/statistical analysis
Depending on experience, Associates can range from No.2 to No.4 on advisory teams
Associates may be assigned specific departmental responsibilities, including in relation to business development activities

One of the following qualifications:
A graduate with a minimum 2:1 or equivalent
Qualified Accountant or Lawyer
MBA graduate
1+ years’ experience in an Associate or equivalent role within an investment bank or relevant industry
