A bit about the job:
Supporting Landlord, Tradespeople and SME customers throughout the commercial property claims journey, from first notification through to settlement.
Managing end-to-end claims, coordinating repairs, replacements and claim payments to deliver positive customer outcomes.
Keeping customers, suppliers and stakeholders informed through proactive and regular communication.
Helping minimise disruption to customers' businesses by progressing claims efficiently and effectively.
Working across multiple systems and processes to ensure claims are handled accurately, fairly and in line with regulatory requirements.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Good digital capability, including experience using Microsoft Office and multiple systems simultaneously.
Claims handling or commercial property experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
