The Vice President, Global People Operations, Platforms & Governance will serve as a critical member of the global HR leadership team and will be responsible for building, stabilizing, and scaling AutoStore’s global people infrastructure. This role will oversee all core people operations, HR systems, governance, payroll, compliance, digitalization, and service delivery globally. The successful candidate will create a high-performing, technology-enabled people ecosystem that can scale with business growth and delivers exceptional employee experience. This is a highly strategic and operationally critical role, ideal for a leader who thrives in dynamic, international, growth-oriented environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global people operations and employee lifecycle processes
Oversee payroll governance, vendor management, and operational excellence
Own HR platforms, systems, and digital transformation initiatives
Build scalable shared services and service delivery models
Ensure global compliance, governance, and data integrity
Drive process excellence, automation, and continuous improvement
Establish strong people data, analytics, and AI readiness foundations
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a global context
12+ years in global HR operations, HR transformation, shared services, or related leadership roles
Strong expertise in:
HR operations
Payroll
HRIS / systems
Governance & compliance
Vendor management
Proven experience scaling global people infrastructure and processes reimagination and automation
Strong executive leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
